Rates ~ 
$150 per 50 minute session.

Insurance ~ I presently do not take insurance. II can supply you with a Super Bill which you can then submit to your insurance. It is your responsibility to check with your carrier first to see if they accept Super Bills. There is a copy under “Forms” on this website that you can use for prior insurance approval.

Reduced Fee ~ 
Reduced fee services may be available on a very limited basis.

Payment ~ 
Cash and checks accepted.

 

Cancellation Policy ~ 
If you do not come to your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. I presently am in the office one full day a week, making rescheduling another day within the same week not an option.
